A control panel with a heat warning. Interesting. (No one can keep me away!!)  ;D

I think that cab is one of those generic space theme cabinets. It wasn't made for any particular game. (And I think someone said they were from Korea or something like that, but I'm not sure about that).
NO MORE!!

What's with the wire coming out of the coin return?

There are girl cabinets too, you know. Someone should tell her that her string is showing.

People often run a wire through the coin return so they can hack in a credit button.

Mmmm, that "Space invader"on top of the bezel is clearly copied from the Namco version of Galaxian:

Ok, seriously, I'll start a list for you to try if you haven't already:

Black Tiger
Ghosts n Goblins
Legendary Wings
Lifeforce
Moon Patrol (I hate this game, but I suppose it's a classic)
Qix
R-Type
Rush n Attack
Section Z
SMB
Super C
Xenon
Xevious

Of course there are tons of 1 joystick/1 button games...

and if you add a third button you could play somewhere around 90% of the games in MAME.

So you're wanting to set this up as a 2-player panel, right?

It looks like a generic cabinet to me, but it's definitely leaps above many of the woodgrain or black clones that you would normally see. If you can just add some space-themed artwork to the CP and marquee, you'll be set.
Brevity is not my strong suit.
