Need help with the EPSXE Playstation Emulator
« on: November 24, 2010, 08:01:24 am »
I'm having trouble loading some games for the EPSXE emulator and not sure why. I've got the EPSXE running cause I'm playing Twisted Metal 2 just fine. However, I'm trying to get Resident Evil to load and it goes to a blank screen. Do the games for this emulator have to be "BIN" files to load? Was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of a complete set of PS1 roms as well.

Thanks,
Keith

Asking for, or where to find roms here is a big no-no.

If you look in the lower right hand corner of the "Open ISO" window in EPSXE, you'll see the formats that it supports for images.

You couldnt download a complete set of ps1 roms, there are 3000+.

Delete the old backup of RE and recover a new copy of your backup...  ePSXe will go black when you have an issue with your backup.

Sure you can. It's just several hundred gigs.
