Scroll repeat with old school Ipac.

I've had the same probem as a few others getting MaLa to scroll continuously with an older Ipac.  Someone else (fogot who, sorry) posted a great idea of using an autohotkey script to fix the issue, but I wasn't able to find his script.  I took a stab at it, and thought I'd post the result.

I've attached the .ahk script and a compiled version.  Either install autohotkey and put the .ahk in your startup folder or just put the .exe in the startup)

The script will auto repeat the keystrokes for the P1 joystick using default mappings.  It should be easy to add P2 or change the mappings.

You can also adjust the repeat speed and repeat delay(delay before starting to repeat the keypresses so the list won't scroll at warp speed immediately)
