How do you disable warning message

I know this has been discussed a million times but i must not be searching right or something because i cant find exactly what im looking for. Please help.

Im trying to disable the: There are known problems with this game, the video emulation is not 100% accurate, Type ok or move joystick left then right to continue screen in lethal enforcers using mame 32fx version 108.

I plan to build a cabinet with just a light gun to play light gun games only and i would like to disable that message.

Is there anyway to do this without getting too technical?
