I ordered some stuff from him in August 2008 but the stuff never came. I was able to communicate with the seller and he first said he was waiting on a shipment, then later he said he would give me a full refund.
On March 7, 2009, I received $40 refund which was more than the order cost.
He had some personal family problems -- that is understandable, and the point is he followed through to the end.
