Here's my cocktail cabinet - it's a 44pin - guessing it's an Attack UFO (UFO written inside) - what should I do with it?

Please note - I will not be MAME-ing this - I have a J-Pac. I want to keep as original as possible. I may CNC some swappable control panel plates (the existing ones are easily removable and would be kept in storage) if I opt for jamma-fying it to allow for more games to be playable.
