Need some help/advice...been out of the loop for a while...
« on: November 18, 2009, 10:10:51 am »
Working on new project and with the madness all around me, I'm either having a brain fart or early case of Alzheimer's...

In the process of restoring an old cab to be mamed...and i need to get a pc...found one on craiglist...wanted the pc gurus look at this description and tell me what they think...

Guy selling it for 75 bucks...(sound like a deal)

The cab I'm working on is going to play the classics ( its the typical 1 joystick, 1 fire button, 2 player start buttons)...

 Tell me what you think...

For the classics, that should be just fine.

If you are using the arcade monitor that came with the cabinet, I assume you will be going with an ArcadeVGA card.  If so, make sure this PC can handle an expansion card (either PCIe or AGP).
