help with mame32

i have ben useing this program for a while and i am not quite sure what i hit but when i enter mame32 the program works but there is no header {file option controls } at the top so the only way i can exit the program is by ctrl alt delete so every time i want to play the new roms that i have downloaded is f5 eveytime  thanks for the help

The help file is in the folder with everything else, so it is accessible. But I'll tell ya how to fix this problem of yours. You're in full screen. Press F11 to toggle it back and forth.

 thanks for the help cant believe i couldn't figure that out on my own. when i click help nothing happens even now thanks again for the help
