Graphics card for future pinball and virtual pinball
« on: November 08, 2009, 07:19:47 am »
Hi

Im looking at building a pinball cabinet for FP and VP, these perform really badly on my old ATI graphics card.

I have read that nvidia is best for these, can someone reecomend what model i would need minumum to get maximum speed and detail on the tables.

i have a intel e5200 cpu and 4 gig or ram.

Thanks

billpa

pick up a 9800 gt or gtx+. 512mb minimum but if you can afford 1GB, go for it. I know some people have also been using some of the newer line Nvidia cards. You will get a lot more answers if you post your question over at the HyperPin forums. There are a few dozen guys that have built cabs and can help out.

good luck!
