Setting up a Mala tree ( never mind, I'm an idiot)
« on: September 26, 2009, 04:19:04 pm »
I can't get Mala tree to work. I want a main screen that gives me choices of mame or znes, and then a sub-screen for each with their respective game lists. I keep getting a black screen whenever I try. I have the mala tree file set up in the tree editor.  I think it's right.  The only thing I wondered about is that I only get 1 choice (standard) when selecting a layout for each of the screens in the tree. I have a few other layouts too.

Any help? I really don't know what to ask and have searched for several hours.  :banghead: :banghead:

THANKS!

I think I'm on the right track now.  Don't tell anybody, but somehow my layout is showing up as a black background with black text (I don't have snaps set up yet).  I could only see it while staring intently at the "blank" screen while trying to figure out the problem. :)

I have a feeling I'll be back.
