Title says it all. I need these supplies for a pacman cocktail project that is closing in on completion. Home Depot piano hinges do not work. I would prefer to have an original part that hooks up to the original bolt holes.

I would even be happy with a rockler hinge. The Rockler hinge comes long enough for 2 midway cabinets, and I know more than a few of you guys have made cocktail cabinets. SOMEBODY has to have a proper cocktail piano hinge buried in their parts pile.

What's the 1/2" t-molding for?  Original had 3/4" next to the CPs from my recollection...I don't own an original anymore.  I believe you had to remake those parts?  Did you remake them with 1/2" material?  I can give you a small length of 3/4" for shipping.

Have a link for the Rockler hinge you are talking about.  I know I have some hinges, probably not what you are talking about but you never know.

I ended up with 1/2" plywood for the CP sides, because it was on hand and free.  ;) 3/4" could be trimmed down I think. That was gonna be my last resort.

Attached is a pic of what the hinge should look like when attached. As you can see, it wraps around both pieces. The link I get at Rockler just doesn't look right, but a guy's blog for a custom build shows it being right

Bump. I went ahead and ordered the 1/2" T-molding. I was forced into a minimum order of 20 feet.

Seriously, SOMEONE on this site has to have the other half of a rockler hinge. Too many cocktail cabs have been made here for someone not to have an extra chunk.
