That's a great deal man, and I'd be all over this but I think for SF4 I want to go with Japanese parts.  To help you out though, you can swap those joysticks with $10 Happ Competition's and they would work great with the Sixaxis adapter.  Then you could sell those joysticks you have for about $40.  I live in GA and if you drove up here I'd do for you for free (and kick your butt at SF4), but I'm in mid GA so it might be a bit of a drive for you.  Either way, good luck.
