Viewing Controls.ini in Mala

How does it work?  I've been searching but must not be entering the right questions.  Also, would it be possible to create a layout where the controls are shown graphically and labeled according to their functions? (jump, fire, special...)

Check out CPWizard, CPViewer, or Johnny5.  I use CPWizard personally, and have very few complaints.
