WTB: 4 Player Control Panel or Slikstik

Hello.  I am in the market for a 4 player control panel or SlikStik, already completed and ready to go.  I would usually just purchase one from Slik, but I want to see if I can get my hands on one faster then 6 weeks (they say there are about 50 orders ahead of mine).

I am not a handy person, so I don't want to build one.  Plus, I would rather buy one from someone experienced who can just make me one that I KNOW will work when I justplug it into my computer.
