Since I desperately need the space in my basement, I am selling a MAME cabinet that I have built.
Once the cab was set up I got lazy and never got around to installing an arcade monitor -everything is still playable though with a push of a button.
The cabinet was built from Project Arcade specs. The computer is wired to start at the press of a button on the outside of the cabinet. I have a special surge protector that then recognizes that the computer is turned on and powers up the rest of the cabinet (including monitor, speakers, and light behind the marquee).
Here are the specs of the computer and control panel:
Computer
2.8 GHz Intel Pentium 4 Processor
1.25 GB RAM
Windows XP
150 GB Hard Drive (125 GB free)
RW DVD player
3 1/2 inch floppy
Control Panel
SlikStick Classic Control Panel
-SlikStik appears to be out of business, but the control panel they built is top notch (see arcadecontrols.com review here
http://arcadecontrols.com/reviews/slikstik.shtml)
I couldn't find the exact spec sheet for the panel, but here are the main components:
Ultimarc IPAC PC Interface
2 x 8-way Happ joysticks with standard 7-button Fighter/Neo-Geo arrangement
1 x 4-way Happ joystick
Player 1/ Player 2 buttons
Pinball buttons
Tornado Spinner
3" illuminated Happ Trackball
