WG 25K7191 neck board

I was replacing the monitor and neck board on my WG7191, as I was removing the neck board, the palstic where the part attaches to cracked and broke!  See atached pic
I replaced both boards and hooked everything back up, fired up the machine. The monitor powered up(it did not before becasue of another issue)
The picture now has vertical lines through anything that moves.
So a few questions,
Is the broken neck piece causing those vertical lines to show up? Or is it another issue?
If that is the issue, where can a replacement be found?

that is a guide for mating the crt socket. a replacement can be found on junked crts.
or , pm some info and might be able to send u a replacement. 

as for the "lines", the socket is no longer snug on the tube.  excessive play can result in poor contact
with crt pins .

THANKS! I figured those vertical lines were casued from that part being broken. I should have been more careful when pulling the neck board off. I noticed part of the plastic ring around it was cracked before I even touched it. How do you remove that CRT socket part? I took the ring clamps off and applyed some pressure, not too much as I didn't want to further damage things, it didn't budge.

That looks more like a game board issue.

Do you have any other JAMMA board to test with?

Yeah, I'll put another in it. I doubt that is it though? The game was working fine before the monitor crapped out....

Well I'm not sure what it means but I just put in NBA jam an it tested ok? No lines? What does that mean? Put Simpsons in, the lines were there......

I dialed down the voltage on the pot on the power supply, cleared the lines right up! I must have bumped it when I was in there working or something? Anyway thanks for all the input.
I'd still like to get a new as that neck board isn't all that secure anymore. If anyone knows where I can find one please let me know.
PS I started a restoration post for this cab on the restoration forum. It is really coming along! I got all the new side art on today, I'll be posting pics later.....

And some game boards are just finicky like that..... I knew it wasn't a monitor issue as soon as I saw the pic.

There have been times where I've had one of those plastic guides break off like that and I will ever so slightly tweak the neck pins outward a hair, then the pressure of the neckboard socket going back on keeps tension on the pins. Takes a little wigglin' to get the pins back in the socket correctly.
BUT..... the pins can be easy to break, once that happens you can hang that tube up.
So maybe not the best recommendation for some people.

Being new to this whole world, it is sometimes difficult and frustrating trying to trouble shoot when you have no CLUE what it is you are looking for or where to begin!! Ah well I enjoy learning new things, so I guess that is the only way you figure things out sometimes....
