Bob Roberts is a stand up guy

I know we've probably seen posts like this but I believe he deserves another. I made my first order with Bob last week and I emailed him saying I had sent my payment out and gave him my address (he asked). I didn't think much of it but then I checked my email a little later that same day and Bob shipped my order.

Let me get this straight, he shipped my order before he even had my check and then obviously before it cleared. To me thats a heck of a guy, you don't see many of that caliber, thank you Bob for restoring a little faith to my world!

I can fully agree Bob Roberts IS a stand up guy, one of the last. He belongs in the arcade hall of fame. I've been buying parts from him for the last decade! Example- I placed an order last Thurs and got it on Sat!! This is why I love the man- He is one of the last sellers who believes in people, those who will deliver their MO on time as he sends you his parts the day after you place your order. This trust is his edge in the business, a small guy who for me, beats out any large scale distribution business any day of the week. His prices are unbeatable, unrivaled service, and hes an expert on any topic to boot.

Gotta chime in here.  Bob is the most genuine helpful guy in this scene.  He will take any question or order no matter how large or small.  I was speaking with him about a certain product and he said that he was all out of it.  So I went ahead and got some other stuff.  From the time I spoke to him to the time he boxed up my order he found the part and threw it in for free.  I hope he is around for a long time to come.  He really understands the Mamer.
