5/8" or 3/4" MDF
« on: June 16, 2009, 10:23:25 pm »
Hello all,

I am going to build an Ultimate Arcade II cabinet.  It calls for 5/8"  MDF.  No one in the area carries 5/8" MDF in store.  Anyone have a reason I should not just upsize to 3/4"?  I know I'll have to modify some measurements to take the extra width into account.  Anything else?

3/4" is fine - and looks better, IMO.  Plus, most t-molding comes in 3/4".
