Creating a Transparent Marquee
« on: January 09, 2011, 06:46:57 am »
Just a little help or if it is even possible...

Ive created my own marquee for some games there .png/.gif with a transparent bg.

However in mala when they load it add a white bg to the logos.. is there anyway I can remove the bg color from mala frontend/layout?

help as always appreciated  :notworthy:

Hi,

I see the screenshot tat highlights the problem (thanks) but no marquee file is attached for me to test with.

You may have to zip it first?

Have you ticked the Transparent box on the layout editor?

If you do you would get similar results to attached picture.

I had a look there are lines on part of the graphic.  See Attached screen shot

It is just not visible to the naked eye so easily.

Mala uses the bottom left pixel as a colour reference.

Those lines are part of the graphic, but just a slightly different colour.

You should be able to see/remove them with a decent graphics editor.

This isn't a MaLa issue.
