Japanes record holders: does anyone know of them?

We all know King of Kong and Chasing Ghost on all those American dorks who risked their lives to get on the World Record list of the Twin Galaxies.
But how about those unknown Japanese Pac-Man and Donkey Kong masters? Is there a Japanese equivalent of the Twin Galaxies high score list? Is there a hidden King of Kong with 1.5 million points? Anybody who knows about highscores in the land of the rising sun? An unknown German or Russion freak may also be mentioned.
