Dumb Questions Inside!

Ok, so I am now to the point of getting Mala configured. I have everything installed, and Mala is working correctly, but my questions are:

1. I want a custom background. I am making a Superman cabinet, how hard would a custom background be to make? I looked around, but I couldn't find any information on it.

2. When I load Mala, it loads (I think) every arcade game ever made. It's around 7K. How do I get Mala to only read the ROMS I have?

3. HairyDVD provided me with an opening intro movie, how do I load that into Mala?

4. How to I get Mala to auto start? I see other people's machines, and it loads Mala automatically every time the PC is turned on. How do I get Mala to do this?

Sorry for the list, but any help would be appreciated!

Hi,

Yes they are basic questions which all have answers covered many time before. 

That is ok but .... I think it's best if I point you where you should look and then come back the the forum with more questions if you are still sumped 

I think you will find all those answers with a quick search of the forum or checking out the reference material in the MaLa Wiki or the MaLa Website

I did some more checking while I was here at work today (Glad for slow days!), and I ws able to figure out how to add a start up video. I'm assuming I can add the video to the default layout? I don't see any reason why I couldn't. I also saw on the Wiki that I can select only ROMS that are working, so that answers that pretty easily.

One more question, I looked but didn't see anything. I want to be able to play music on the menu selection, where do I load the MP3's to?

Under Options there is a 'Sounds and Music' tab
