Vista issues

I have mala 106bj running (I also tried 106be) on vista
I'm having two main issues
1) the old image lag issue that was just fixed in XP with the releases above
2) when exiting a game the desktop or parts of it flash before going back to mala

Is this with Vista 32 or 64 bit?  ;)
