Soft 15 sub section?
« on: September 18, 2008, 08:58:22 am »
I dunno if it should be in software or monitor/video but I think it needs its own sub section.

I tried to read through all 25+ pages before  posted but I couldnt get through em all.

I agree. That thread is impossible to get through. It's already like its own sub-section within a thread.

It's a big mess.

I'd think a light gun sub-section would be more important than Soft 15 if we use thread length or views to determine it.  Until recently, the major light gun thread was the most read thread of any on the entire boards.  It's still the most read thread pertaining to arcade matters.  It's almost twice as big as Soft 15 though it has slowed down tremendously.

Is there a reason people won't start a new thread?  I only read about 20 or 25 pages of the light gun thread.  Perhaps people should realize that a new thread may be better than adding to those two.  Search first, try various answers that others' have posted, and then post additional questions if necessary.

Yeah, I tried to dig through the light gun info, but the thread is so damn long, I couldn't make it through.

Good call.

I was reading it trying to figure out what to get and I couldn't make it through.  I added my knowledge to the wiki on it.  Look closely, no closer, see that empty section????  ALL MINE!   ;D

If there was a way for me to edit the wiki without registering a new account I'd work on it. I love the utility. Best thing since Webdings. Until the underscore snafu is worked out, I will remain a lazy asshat.
