FWIW - I was told on 2/27/09 that I was serial #0049 and I've yet to receive any update since then.

Rick,
I think Rich is shipping them in serial number order, so don't feel bad - I'm behind you (#53). Rich has a quality product and has been 110% with me every time I've talked to him on the phone - we just have to continue waiting, but I know it'll be worth it.
