Yup... it came with my CPO shipment. I received CPO, bezel sticker, instruction card and coin door decals.

Ok, thanks for the info and confirmation!
With your serial number being 35, that means that Peale and I are a bit of a ways out.
I'm going to have to go back and look at my shipment then... I do not remember seeing any of that with my shipment. If that's the case, then I need to call Rich.

I checked my shipment and I'm good.... For whatever reason I missed those when I unpacked my shipment. They were "stuck" to the backside of the marquee...
