I pick this up this evening. The guy said it was working when he first got it, but now it has an issue.

Guy said everything fires up, but the Tilt light is on and the flippers won't work. This is my first pinball so any help is appreciated.

It sounds like maybe a bad slam switch/tilt switch, but where do I start looking? If the tilt switch is bad would it kill the flippers? Guy said that is the only thing wrong with it.

Also he said that the back glass has some flaking around the bottom. What can I do to stop the flaking or can I get a reproduction somewhere? What about the playfield? I have been told to strip the PF and coat it with Novus to keep more wear from happening.

See if the tilt switch inside is stuck or is shorted.
