Super Duper Casino by US Games

Bought this mini cab , and when i power up  no sound ,no light , u hear the monitor
turn on but no pic, I tired seraching for  US Games . and can't find it.
Anyone knows where??
 Maybe the MB is shot ???
 

 where can i have it check out ?
