is there a way to add 1 game after the rom list has been created?

I set up the whole arcade, frontend, everything working fine. I also put on there the snes,nes gen,n64, etc . . . . There was a game i was missing in my snes rom list. so i went on the internet and found it. and placed it in the snes roms directory but mala won't see it. I am using Mala Tree, if that helps anyone who might know how to fix this problem.
