If so are they reliable?

They are reliable from what I have heard from others that have dealt with them (and they send me christmas cards every year!), but they have a pretty large minimum order. I was going to get a Uo Poko pcb from them, but I would have had to order like 8 of the darn things to meet the minimum order (or a bunch of other stuff). I am sure I could have made my money back on the unwanted 7 (ebay), but I didn't want to tie up $400 or so, just so I can end up with one boardset that I want.
Acceptance of Zen philosophy is marred slightly by the nagging thought that if all things are interconnected, then all things must be in some way involved with Pauly Shore.
