Elevator Action Joystick Centering Grommet?
« on: May 06, 2008, 06:08:01 pm »
I just purchased some Wico leafswitch sticks, one of which is the thin shaft type stick used in Elevator Action.  The shaft on it has a much smaller diameter than the regular Wicos, so if the grommet gives out on this thing the replacement grommets at Mike's Arcade aren't going to work.  It feels like this stick is still useable, but I'd like to know for the future where, if at all, you can get replacements for this part.  Thanks.

That's a Taito stick, not a Wico.  As far as I know, there are no replacements.

You could use a regular Wico grommet if you could find something to put around the shaft of the Taito handle to take up the slop.
