MALA "Please Wait! Collecting Bios"
« on: April 28, 2008, 03:13:07 pm »
Downloaded Mala 1.04 and tried to set it up but when it starts for the first time I get "Please Wait! Collecting Bios" and it just hangs.  Anyone know how to fix this?  I have had several versions of Mala working for a long time until this.

Is it the same mame version? Try an older one.

I should have mentioned this first, i apologize, i am running a compiled version of mame .109 and tinyxpbeast,  that might be the problem,  if that is would a work around be to use the uncompiled version of mame .109 to generated the first game list and then switch back to the compiled?
