MaLa plugin for playing Arcade Ambience on 2nd sound card

I've written a plugin for playing Arcade Ambience mp3's on a second sound card because I don't want it to play on the same speakers as game audio (i.e. speakers outside of my cab, not my cab speakers).

Right now, it's very hard coded for my own use, but I want to know if people are interested in using this. If so, I would probably add a configuration tool and then release it here.
