Yep, it's a shame that mostly negative feedback gets posted on the web as well as tales of woe, especially when people take note of such feedback when they're ordering. So it's nice to give credit where it's due...
I got an I-pac off Andy a LOOOONG time ago and you cannot deal with a nicer or more professional guy. Since then he has brought us the J-pac, Opti-pac, Arcade-VGA etc. Keep up the good work man!! If anybody reading this thread is considering a purchase off Andy, go for it, nobody deserves your custom more.
