This is a used Micomsoft XRGB-2+ Upscale Converter in great condition. It comes with instruction booklet, power adapter and a VGA cable.

This is a special Japanese upscale converter with high video quality and zero latency that lets you display Composite, S-Video, D4 and RGB video sources to a VGA monitor. Great for older game systems such as the NES, SNES, Playstation 1 & 2, Sega Genesis, and many others. If you want to be able to play on your 52" LCD screen but can't stand the latency that most LCD TV's have due to their internal upscaling circuitry, this is for you. It can be as bad as 40ms on some monitors!! Which is an unacceptable lag for video games, especially for online games.
