Romlister and Emumovies HQ previews
« on: January 02, 2008, 04:29:54 pm »
Hey all.  Just me again :D.  I figured out how to use Romlister to move clone roms as well as mature roms.  I plan on using the Mala screensaver with the emumovies HQ previews.  Is there a way to easily remove the avi video previews that are associated with those roms that have been moved/deleted from the roms directory?  You will see 4 txt files attached.  Two txt files are the code that I used to remove the mature and clone roms while the other two are for removing the avi's associated with the roms by name.  Now, the problem is, I don't think the emumovie names are the same as the roms names.  Correct me if I am mistaken here.  But the bat files to remove the avi files errored out, (could not find the file name specified).  I don't think it would be appropriate for the kids and guests to view those not so nice pictures, (mature).  Please see attached...

Yes, in RomLister when you set up your batch file settings, change ".zip" to ".avi"

So your batch file command should be something like this: "move %roms%.avi c:\mame\avis"  Then place this newly created batch file in the correct emumovies folder and run it. Make sure you have a avis folder created in your c:\mame folder.

I thought the emumovies names were the same, no?
