trying to store roms on NTFS, but
« on: December 16, 2007, 09:51:31 pm »
I am using Ubuntu 7.10 (dual booted with XP) and have wahcade and sdlmame loaded. I put my roms on SDA5 and Wahcade can see the roms but when I try to run them they do not load. it would appear the mame does not know where to look or it cant work this way. Could I do something like create a simlink in the /usr/games/sdlmame/roms folder?

thanks

I was forgeting about the SDLMame ini file and the need to update it with the rom locatio as well as the Wahcade mame.ini. It now works fine.
