I just received my Creative Sound Blaster USB MP3 (see link below) and it should come with the ability to normalize the volume coming out of the computer.  This way all my videos and mp3 songs can be maintained at the same volume.   Problem is, I can not figure out how to get the volume normalization to work properly so all the sounds are at the same level.  Does anyone have one of these boxes who might be able to let me know what has to be turned on or what I need to do to activate it?

I have the Sound Blaster box plugged into the USB port on the computer and I have the "phonos" jack from the box connected to my PC speakers.   I can play my music videos and hear them fine, but the volume does not remain constant from one song to the next.
