Need free program for editing MP3 tags

I need a free program that will let me easily edit my MP3 track tags (for use in WinCab), and make up MP3 playlists.  Recommendations?

I don’t like the new version of MusicMatch much now that it’s become a Yahoo application.

http://www.id3-tagit.de/english/ (even that might been some bugs when non english chars is used)

I think there is a program called the CODFATHER that is free for tagging, personal i think you should just pay a few $$$'s and go with Tag & Rename it is by far the most reliable.

I just found out about Mp3 Tag Tools http://massid3lib.sourceforge.net/

I've used ID3-tagit before and it work great.
There's some batch modes allowing you to rename many files at once...

Thanks for the advice everyone!  I looked at the programs that were mentioned and I'm gonna give Media Monkey a try.  For actually playing my MP3's I'll still be using WinCab; it rocks!
