anyone familiar with engenius wifi products?

I need some advice,I have a neighbour that has an engenius wifi usb adaptor for his internet access-it works fine.He wants to get internet access with his playstation 3,i have tried to set up a network using his pc but that did not work and i don't know if he can use a router with this system.
If anyone has any advice please help
