Vista vs. Mouse
«

Well, I bit the bullet and finally updated my computer, which means...Vista! So far, so good, except...mouse movement goes away in Wincab (nothing gold can stay). The pointer is there, but won't move. Any ideas?

Never mind...I solved my own problem...I needed Allegro v4.2.2.
Unfortunately, it is also called alleg42.dll...go figure!!!
A quick replace of the DLL from here:
http://www.allegro.cc/files
and I'm back in business.

My Allegro42.dll is hacked to allow touchscreen support in XP... looks like the hack kills Vista mouse support. *sigh* So yeah, it looks like the stock version of any Allegro 4.2.x would solve it.
