3 sided cocktail cab - Atomic FE question

Is there a way to make Atomic FE rotate only 90 degree at a time (for a 3 sided cab)

Sure - you set the middle side to horizontal, and the other two sides vertical left and vertical right. This is done via AtomicManager, under the General tab, screen orientation:
