Did I do okay on this 21" pc monitor? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=3696&item=2724990758&rd=1  It's only $40 shipping too  ;D .  I think I did pretty well.  This will be going in my cab, it's gonna be nice.  :)

BTW - I dont' know if this is the right forum, but it involves buying, so I thought it may be okay.

Don't know a lot about that type of monitor, but I got my used 21inch Nanyo (Think I misspelled it?)for $75 from a local computer surplus place. (Weird Stuff Warehouse)

I got my 23" Viewsonic new, in box, for about the same 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

You still got a great deal, I don't mean to gloat.

It was just an amazing deal.

(I should add that it's platform (you know, swivelly base thingy) (useless to me anyway) was smashed shipping from the factory. It was detachable (As it is on most monitors) And I needed to take it off to mount it in my cab 8) 8) 8)

Well, in the places around here, even the 19" monitors(used) are $100 and up.  I've been bidding on other 21" monitors, and many went for more than mine, AND the shipping was way higher on the others.  I think I did okay, it's worth it to me  :D

Yeah,  I think the larger monitor prices are pretty random,  it took some looking to find the deal I got.   A lot of the places were like you said at least a $100.

If you are happy with it and it works ok then you got a great deal.  There is always someone who gets one cheaper or has a monitor given to them but overall you did fine.

I picked up a used 21" monitor last night at a local store for about the same cost.  I was happy with the picture and price.  Good luck with your cab

I got my 21 inch super flat IBM for $190 so I am thinking you got a helluva deal.  8)

Super flat.  I love it.  I wonder if it's flatter than my flat screen.

Not sure ... can you measure the flatness of your screen and let me know what it is ... I want to make sure I didn't get ripped off.

LOL
