Need custom marquee for little girl's cabinet - FAST!

This Friday is my 2 year old daughters b-day party and I have a mini cabinet for her that I'm wrapping up this week (HOPEFULLY) before her party.

A key thing that I don't have yet is a marquee!!  Can someone with decent art skills help a brother out?  I have some junk parts I could send if you're interested... some buttons and stick parts, etc.

I like Javeryh's "Bella's Arcade" marquee and he sent it to me, but I don't have a way to edit it nor do I have the right fonts to put my daughter's name (Kassie) in it.

The basic color needs to be purple, as that's the color of the cabinet and buttons.  There can be other colors in the details, or the text can even be multicolor.  I'd like for it to have flowers and look appealing to a kid.  Doesn't need any other game references, but an idea I had was to make it have flowers that were made to look like pixels from a video game, or flowers made from 3d blocks, to tie into the videogame theme.

Any help is appreciated...  My art skills are lacking, and I need to get something in the next few days so I can get it printed and mounted on the game!
