I was looking up the connectors for plugging in my 2 board donkey kong into a Nintendo VS Unisystem cabinet to see if the dk board is still working. What all do I have to hook up to see if the video works? I made a small list. Please add (or remove) anything else I need.

+12v
+5v
GND
Red
Green
Blue
Sync


I see in the DK pinout there is a -5v but I don't see one on the VS pinout. Do I need it? There are 4 GNDs on the dk pinout. Do I need to ground all of them?
