Obviously this isn't an original Twin Cobra, and the outlined stereo speakers are something I know I have seen in the past but I can't place the game.
Any ideas?

Nicely done. I haven't seen too many Millipedes in the flesh so I couldn't place it. I did have a feeling it was an Atari cabinet though.

the yellow lines on the speakers screamed millipede to me. You can see the ATARI logo in the middle in the reflection of the flash

Duhh....I really need to adjust my monitor. It just looked black there until I cranked up the brightness
