The problem with the thing is, like most pc controllers, the games have to be programmed with it in mind.  Seeing as how we can't even get any decent lightgun games on the pc, I don't see this thing taking off anytime soon.

I just demo'd one of those things here on campus.  It was pretty neat and the force feedback worked really well.  It seems solidly constructed and adds a fair amount of realism to an FPS in the sense that you can't just go firing automatic weapons willy-nilly and expect to hit anything.  The force feedback is actually strong enough to completely throw off your aim if you don't burst-fire.  If there was some form of pistol-grip attachment it would be a pretty amazing device for playing Half-Life 2.
