Side Art HELP! Illustrator file to download and play with inside!!!

I posted this in my project thread but I thought it might get some more responses here. 

Here's the ORIGINAL design:

I made some modifications below to try and incorporate more of the colors from the word "arcade" but I''m not 100% sold on it yet.  I'd also want a dark pink border around the outermost flower (my cabinet is painted the light pink) and I also like the dark to light fade for the colors (as shown in the green) - I just used paint to do this...



Thoughts?

I think I like the look of the first design best.  The addition of a dark pink (white would work, too) border will definitely help it stand out from the pink background.  Very nice looking, btw.

I wouldn't mind playing with some color combinations... do you mind posting or sending me the AI file?

I'd be happy to send along the .ai file.... if I had it.     I'll ask the guy who made it if he will send it to me.  In the mean time, here is the revised sideart as it stands now:



I think I'm getting close but I'd love for you (or anyone who is artisticly inclined) to play around with it.
