Hantarex Polo 25" problem

The problem is taht after about 20 minutes after I turn it on, it just like in the video - http://youtube.com/watch?v=QRn8A4K303Q
I woul be very thankful for anyone who can give some clues.

The snapping sounds like a charge is building up.  Around the tube there should be a wire that should be connected to the neckboard, is it?

or it could be a filthy anode cap arcing/dry solder joint on the flyback,even the flyback breaking down.
its worth looking at the back to see if you can see an arc anywhere
