NTSC Palette for VirtuaNES92e Using RealityC one as of now & NES to USB adaptors

Firstly Colors look a little off to me i'm not sure Is there a NTSC perfect Color Palette out there ? Currently using "Realityc.PAL" in Virtuanes version 92e, also for some odd reason when I ESC out to mamewah sometimes the menu ontop displays, so if i hit ESC Again it will just exit me out, just a minor weird occurrence every now and then  Should I have any other settings in the graphics menu ? Overall though I do like the fake scanlines in this emu, and its been pretty compatible. Just curious has a newer version since my 92e come out ?

Also I see these NES to USB adaptors pop up all over the place no more soddering you can use your original controller without modding it such as off retrousb.com any one have any luck with these "new ones" ?
