Project Arcade arrived today!! Wahoo!
« on: March 27, 2007, 11:48:37 pm »
I built my first cab a year and a half ago, using spystyle's Ultimate Arcade plans (actually we built 2 of them, my friend and I did them together). Doing some research (surfin' the 'Net) during off-build days, I came across this site and wonderful resource of similar minded folks!  We finished our cabs in time for Christmas '05 and I've been tinkering ever since.  I now have MAMEWAH running, a MAME bootscreen, several other Emu's, Visual Pinball, and Future Pinball thanks to the help I received here.

My friend and I started talking about our "next" project and decided a Juke would be a great companion, so I've been doing 99% of my research here.  I also plan to do a "real" Control Panel later this summer (replacing my X-Arcade).

I always felt like I was missing one of the best pieces of consolidated information, so I ordered my Project Arcade book from Amaz....., last week and it arrived today.  I've never been so excited about getting a book!

I've flipped thru it a couple times already and plan to read it cover to cover over the next couple of weekends.

hmmmmm, Ultimate Arcade II may be my next winter project!

THANKS Saint!  :applaud: :applaud: :applaud: :applaud:
